Meatball Penne
After I watched an interesting episode of the food network of a lady who made meatballs I got inspired. So once I had my ingredients I headed to the kitchen. I used ground beef and seasoned it with black and cayenne pepper, onion and garlic powder, then I rolled them into little balls. As I waited for the oil to heat up so I can cook the meatballs I put the penne pasta to boil. Finally when the oil was ready I put the meatballs in and let them cook. After 30 minutes the meatballs and pasta were done. I then got a large bowl and poured in the penne then the meatballs. Afterwards, I added ragu meat flavored sauce and then it was complete.
Seafood Saturday Dinner
For a Simple Saturday dinner I decided to go with seafood. I made mixed vegetables, flounder w/ onions, fried sweet plantain and shrimp fried rice.

Curry shrimp
I made curry shrimp for dinner yesterday. I purchased one pound of shrimp. I washed the shrimp with vinegar and salt. I seasoned the shrimp with curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder and Badia tropical sazon. I cut up a small onion and add it to the shrimp. I used a medium frying pan and I add a table spoon of oil and cook the curry shrimp. I made white rice to go with the curry shrimp. It was great.
