On Saturdays everyone wants to relax, like come on its the weekended, but What to eat for dinner? Well today for dinner I made steak, chicken flavored rice with vegetables. First with the steak I defrost it then washed it down with vinegar and salt to clean it. After that I well seasoned the steak with curry, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Badia sazon tropical and black pepper. I then put the steak on the tray covered in a little bit of oil and then I put in the oven. I decided to try something healthier by baking then frying. Let the steak cooked for one hour, that basically everything. Now on to the rice. For the rice I used chicken flavored rice. First I got a pan and filled it with two cups of water, let it boil then I put butter and the flavored rice to cook until the rice is tender. Everyone needs veggies to keep healthy, so I cut up broccoli, carrots lightly seasoned with garlic, herbs and add a pinch of black pepper and steamed it in a small pan with a table spoon of oil. After the food is cooked, I arranged the food on a plate to make it looked appetizing and drink a glass of water with your meal instead of soda.
